Refund Policy
Order Cancellation


In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, purchases that are in stock are processed immediately and as a result, may not be able to be cancelled prior to shipment. 


Replacements


We stand behind our products 100%. So if you receive a product that was damaged in shipping or is damaged or defective for any reason, please just let us know and we will make it right! All you'll have to do is email us a picture or video showing us the issue, and we'll ship out a replacement immediately. Note: a picture or video proof will be required, as it helps us to investigate the issue and make sure no one else receives a defective piece in the future.


Returns & Exchanges


We are confident that you will LOVE our products but if you change your mind or decide you don't want them, no hard feelings! Just let us know within our 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered to you, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


The product(s) being returned must be in brand new, unused condition, and must be returned with all of the original packaging still in tact. Merchandise returned without packaging (or with destroyed packaging) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Every return will be inspected thoroughly and we reserve the right to deny your refund if the item(s) returned are deemed unfit by our inspection team.


Should you choose to return your product for a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable, and will also be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, there is no restocking fee, but you will still be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to get the product back to us. If there is a price difference in the items being exchanged, we will either refund the credit balance or send an invoice to settle the difference in product cost.


To proceed with an exchange or return, please contact our customer service with your order number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product. Our customer service team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.


Extended Warranty


Due to the nature of our products being used outdoors and in extreme weather situations, our products do not come with an extended warranty that covers regular wear & tear or other damages unless explicitly stated in the product description. We do offer a number of different warranties including lifetime warranties, but those must be purchased separately. Please make sure to add one to your order if you want extended coverage!
